Warmly Celebrate the Successful Convening of the Annual Technical Department Head Meeting of USA YOBAND at its Xi'an Branch
After the Spring Festival holiday, a technical competition began in the historic and cultural city of Xi'an. In order to strengthen technological exchange, promote technological innovation, and improve technological level, the technical department heads of each subsidiary gathered at the Xi'an branch to participate in the 2023 technical department head meeting and jointly discuss cutting-edge technologies in the industry, sharing experiences. Mr. Wang Hongyu, Chairman and CEO of YOBAND, carefully planned the specific process of this meeting.
During the meeting, Mr. Wang Hongyu delivered a speech. Then, the meeting enters the experience sharing stage. All the technical department heads took the stage one after another, sharing their valuable experience and insights accumulated in their work, providing reference and inspiration for the colleagues present. After voting and selection, the Excellent Technology Innovation Award was finally selected, which was awarded to Liu Tuqian from Shantou Branch, Xia Yugang from Xi'an Branch, Lin Gang from Shanghai Branch, and Zhang Erbo from Zhengzhou Branch.
Subsequently, the meeting entered the most important stage - the election of technical experts. Only technical department heads who pass the exam are eligible to participate in the election. The election includes producing AK prosthetics, BK prosthetics, BE prosthetics, and hip disarticulation prosthetics. Participants determine the specific parts of the prosthetics by drawing lots to ensure fairness. Meanwhile, they need to complete it within a limited time.
After multiple rounds of competition, Xia Yugang from the Xi'an branch, Ma Zhenyao from the Guangzhou branch, Zou Xuelong from the Guangxi branch, and Wei Ye from the Xuzhou branch, and Yi Fuqiang from the Nanjing branch stood out and were promoted to YOBAND technical experts with their outstanding technical strength and innovation ability.
After the meeting, Mr. Wang Hongyu personally presented honorary certificates to the newly appointed experts and acknowledged their contributions in prosthetic technology. He also encourages all technical department heads to learn from new experts, continuously improve their technical skills, and contribute more to the development of the enterprise.
