Recently, the Group's 2018 Annual Financial Conference was successfully held in Xuzhou Branch. Mr. Wang Hongyu, CEO of the Group, attended and spoke at the meeting. The Chief Financial Officer of the Group and the financial leaders attend the meeting.

The meeting summarized the financial problems existed in 2018, elaborated the possible risks and countermeasures in the future financial work, and laid a solid foundation for the smooth development of the company's financial work in 2019. At the meeting, Chairman Wang Hongyu fully affirmed the financial work in 2018 ,which played a supporting service role for the development of the Group. And combined with the development of the Group, he put forward corresponding suggestions and advice on the 2019 management work of the Finance Department .
Financial personnel should give full play to the function of financial supervision, strengthen risk prevention,  enhance communication and exchange, improve team cooperation ability, make rational financial work planning while improving their own business ability. They are also required to establish a good sense of service, provide accurate and effective data for enterprise management, and continue to learn professional knowledge, broaden their horizons, constantly improve themselves, beyond themselves.
 
During the meeting, Finance Department commended the 2018 gold-medal financial staff and Finance Director Xu Ying arranged and deployed key tasks of the Finance Department in 2019.
This meeting confirmed the direction and focal points of the group financial management work in 2019. All the staff of the Finance Department should do their own work well, do not forget their original ideals and aspirations, remember their mission, take responsibility initiativ, and contribute their own strength to the steady development of the Group.
