Recently, in order to promote the whole group of technicians to create a "chase after each other" atmosphere, set up a sample of "love whatever job one takes up”, the USA Yoband Prosthetic Group in Xi'an Branch held a technical reserved expert election contest. The participants are from various subsidiaries of the outstanding technical front-line staff.  Mr. Wang Hongyu , CEO of Yoband, , held this contest personally.
 
The competition aims to demonstrate the skills of the front-line staff learned in their normal work, further strengthen communication among technical experts, and promote the overall quality and business skills of the technical staff of the subsidiaries of the group. Through the technical competition, technical staff can have the opportunity of becoming the leader which can further stimulate the enthusiasm of all technical staff.
