During the first half of the year, USA Yoband Prosthetics & Orthotics Group maintained steady business growth and demonstrated strong operational resilience. Looking ahead to the second half of 2026, the Group will focus on four strategic priorities:
First, strengthen execution and accountability to ensure the effective implementation of business plans and the successful achievement of annual performance targets. Second, increase investment in technical training and continue advancing innovation in prosthetic fitting technologies to build a stronger competitive advantage through technical excellence. Third, promote management system development based on the specific needs of each branch, avoiding a one-size-fits-all approach and establishing operational systems tailored to local market conditions and business development. Fourth, further strengthen talent development by attracting and cultivating dedicated professionals who demonstrate strong execution capabilities and embrace the Company's core values and corporate culture.

In his closing remarks, Mr. Wang Hongyu, CEO and Executive Director of the Group, highly commended the Company's ability to achieve growth despite a challenging market environment during the first half of the year. He also outlined the Group's strategic direction for the remainder of the year, emphasizing the transition from maintaining stability to pursuing sustainable growth, exploring new opportunities for business expansion, and continuously enhancing professional standards to build a highly skilled, service-oriented workforce. Mr. Wang also stressed that leaders at all levels should strengthen their execution capabilities and adhere to the development philosophy of "People First, Strategy Second," ensuring that practical actions effectively support the achievement of the Group's business objectives.

To further strengthen team cohesion and inspire greater motivation, the meeting series also included executive team-building activities. Stepping away from the formal atmosphere of the conference room, participants engaged in activities within a relaxed and enjoyable environment, effectively strengthening team relationships and fostering greater trust and mutual understanding among the leadership team.
