To help employees relax and unwind after their busy work schedules and strengthen communication among colleagues, the Shantou Branch of USA Yoband Prosthetics & Orthotics Group organized a team-building activity in 2026 under the theme “Recharging for Our Dreams.” The activity took the team to Chaozhou, where everyone enjoyed a relaxing and pleasant time surrounded by beautiful mountains and scenery.
 
Leaving behind the busyness of their daily work, everyone set off amid laughter and conversation and arrived at the Chaozhou Grand Canyon for a rafting experience. As the rafts drifted downstream, the cool stream water, green mountains on both sides, and bursts of cheers blended together. As the water conditions changed along the way, everyone reminded and looked out for one another, releasing stress amid the rapids and splashing water. Colleagues who are usually busy with their respective work temporarily put aside their usual work pace and enjoyed the excitement and fun of rafting together. Laughter could be heard throughout the experience as everyone relaxed and enjoyed the time together.
 
Subsequently, everyone visited Ximei Village, known as “Little Guilin of Chaozhou,” and took a bamboo raft through the beautiful mountain and water scenery. Compared with the excitement of rafting, the bamboo raft trip was more leisurely and relaxing. As they admired the green mountains and clear waters along both sides, everyone chatted and took photos, enjoying some much-needed time to unwind. Sitting on the bamboo raft and enjoying a cup of Chaozhou Gongfu tea became another memorable moment of the trip. With the aroma of tea accompanying the surrounding scenery, everyone gathered together to talk about work and life. In the relaxed atmosphere, they got to know each other better and developed a greater sense of familiarity and closeness as colleagues.
 
Wang Yusong, Manager of Yoband’s Shantou Branch, said that the team-building activity gave everyone a chance to temporarily put aside the busyness of work and strengthen communication in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Whether it was looking out for one another during the rafting experience or sitting together and chatting on the bamboo raft, the activities gave everyone a better understanding of each other. He hoped that everyone would bring this sense of relaxation and mutual understanding back to work and approach the tasks ahead with greater energy and a stronger sense of teamwork.
 
Although the one-day trip was brief, it left everyone with many relaxing and enjoyable memories. The trip to Chaozhou not only brought everyone closer to nature and helped them relieve stress, but also further strengthened communication among team members through their shared experiences. USA Yoband Prosthetics & Orthotics Group has always upheld its mission of “serving people with disabilities wholeheartedly.” The Shantou Branch will also continue its work with renewed energy, carrying the understanding and spirit of collaboration developed during the team-building activity into its daily work, and providing every customer with better service through professional expertise and sincere dedication.
