The event attracted financial elites from branches across the country, who gathered together for a fierce competition of intelligence and capability.

The competition featured multiple rounds including a written test, debate, and interview, comprehensively assessing the participants’ professional knowledge, adaptability, and overall competence. During the written test, contestants were required to solve a series of complex financial problems within a limited time, testing both their mastery of financial theory and their speed and accuracy in problem-solving. Faced with challenging questions, the participants remained calm and focused, their pens swiftly moving across the pages—demonstrating their solid professional foundation.

The debate round was a major highlight of the competition. Contestants engaged in heated debates on a variety of trending topics, showcasing their quick thinking and sharp articulation. Each participant presented their views with confidence and refused to back down, making for a dynamic exchange of ideas. Throughout the debates, participants were required not only to clearly express their own viewpoints but also to swiftly refute opposing arguments—posing a high challenge to their logical reasoning and verbal communication skills. The atmosphere was intense and energetic, with frequent bursts of applause from the judging panel.

The interview round placed greater emphasis on evaluating the contestants’ overall competence and career planning. In the face of questions from the judging panel, participants responded calmly and coherently, demonstrating strong communication skills and professional demeanor. Drawing on their work experience and career aspirations, they offered unique insights and strategic plans for their future development within Yoband’s financial division—earning high praise and recognition from the judges.

The competition was judged by a distinguished panel consisting of Finance Director Mei Han, Financial Supervisor Wang Yanling, and Financial Supervisor Xia Xingli, who brought with them a wealth of financial expertise and professional insight to provide fair and objective evaluations of the contestants’ performances. Additionally, Mr. Wang Hongyu, CEO and Executive Director of Yoband Group, served as the competition supervisor, ensuring the entire selection process was conducted in a fair, just, and transparent manner.

After three days of intense and dynamic competition, Qin Chi from the Nanning branch and Zhou Hui from the Nanjing branch stood out with their exceptional performance and were awarded the title of Financial Management Trainees of USA Yoband Prosthetics & Orthotics Group. Their solid professional knowledge, remarkable adaptability, and outstanding team spirit left a lasting impression on the judges.
The successful hosting of this Financial Management Trainee Competition not only enabled the Group to identify and select a group of outstanding financial talents, but also provided a valuable platform for financial staff across various branches to showcase themselves, exchange ideas, and learn from one another. It is believed that in their future roles, exceptional talents like Qin Chi and Zhou Hui will bring renewed energy to the Yoband Group and drive the continued advancement of its financial operations to new heights.
